Paris’s most feted Italian chef, Giovanni Passerini, designed the menu at the relaxed Mediterranean bistro at the heart of the Grands Boulevards Hotel. House-made pastas, locally sourced seasonal produce, and sustainable fish and meat are complemented by international small producer wines, chosen with an emphasis on Italy. A retractable glass roof opens up when the sun is shining, transforming the space into a confidential Parisian terrasse.
